1. Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
100% of on-site cleaning staff are equipped with and required to wear heavy-duty nitrile gloves, non-slip safety footwear, protective eye goggles, and high-visibility jackets.
2. High-Rise Facade & Rope Access Protocols
Glass facade and structural exterior cleaning is executed exclusively by certified rope access specialists adhering to dual-anchor fall arrest lifelines and strict weather-cleared parameters.
3. Chemical Safety & SDS Compliance
All cleaning agents, descalers, and sanitizers carry Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with explicit dilution ratios, non-reactive storage containers, and proper ventilation usage procedures.
4. Mechanized Equipment Pre-Checks
Single-disc rotary machines, high-pressure jetters, wet/dry industrial vacuums, and electrical cords are rigorously tested for grounding and insulation prior to each site deployment.
5. Slip, Trip & Spill Prevention
Prominent bilingual 'Caution: Wet Floor' hazard warning signs and safety barriers are deployed in work zones to prevent accidental falls by building occupants.
6. Emergency Preparedness & First-Aid
Every cleaning deployment team is accompanied by an on-site supervisor trained in first-aid response, hazard reporting, and facility emergency evacuation routes.
